  1. Ask a decision-shaped question: what needs an answer today, what has a deadline, what can wait until after your meetings.
  2. Pally reads the inboxes you connected and separates requests, deadlines, and open questions from newsletters, receipts, and FYIs.
  3. Tell Pally to reply and it sends from your Gmail or Outlook.

Common questions

Does triage mark every unread message as important?

No. It separates messages that need your answer or decision from updates and noise, and says why each one made the cut.

Can Pally send a reply for me?

Yes. Tell Pally to send a reply and it goes from your Gmail or Outlook. Say 'draft it' or 'show me first' and it waits for your yes.

What if I use both Gmail and Outlook?

Connect both and say whether you mean one or both. The triage puts the important items in one text and says which inbox each came from.
