• Pally is getting a full auto mode: with your explicit ok and clear disclosures, Pally can act on your behalf without asking for approval each time, within spending limits you set, with a full activity feed of everything it did.
• You can now set standing permission preferences in plain language, like "coding work never needs approval, but always check before messaging anyone", and Pally will follow them everywhere.
• Building projects with Pally on your Mac is getting a one-time project approval, so it stops asking permission over and over for every command in the same project.
• Pally is getting a secure page for handing over API keys and passwords, so you never have to paste secrets into chat. If a key does land in chat, Pally will tuck it away safely and suggest rotating it.
• Pally can now check that a new API key actually works and has credit the moment you provide it, instead of failing later mid-task.
• When Pally builds you a custom pipeline, it can use Pally's own transcription and summarization instead of requiring your own AI accounts, with bring-your-own-key still supported if you prefer.
• New app integrations are getting faster and less fiddly: Pally verifies the approach will actually work before building, and collects everything it needs from you up front in one list.
• Long-running builds and syncs are getting steadier: honest single-source progress updates, small test runs before full runs, and no more premature shutdowns of healthy work.
• Location sharing is moving fully to Pally's new iMessage provider. Affected users will get a one-time prompt to share again so nearby features keep working.

• Fixing multi-step plans that involve messaging people: when someone replies to a message Pally sent as part of a plan, the plan will now actually move forward instead of silently stalling.
• Pally is getting ready-made starting points: sign up for one specific thing, like daily affirmations, daily Bible study, calorie tracking, or important-email alerts, and Pally sets it up in your very first conversation.
• If you text Pally about something it has a ready-made setup for, it can offer that right away, no special link needed.
• Making message delivery tougher: brief provider hiccups now get real retries spread over minutes instead of giving up within seconds, and a message that can never send stops retrying immediately so Pally can fix it instead of failing silently.
• Built-in background helpers like your morning brief and watchers are getting fair usage accounting; at very heavy usage they keep running in a lighter mode instead of stopping, and Pally tells you once when that happens.
• Fixing a bug where very long saved details about a contact, like a full imported LinkedIn profile summary, failed to save at all.
• Browser errands are moving to phone-sized pages, so when Pally hands you a browser tab to finish on your phone, it fits your screen and you can actually see and type.
• Booking and checkout errands will fill in every detail they can and text you for anything missing first, so a handoff leaves only the payment step for you.

Pally can also create and edit notes for you, asking to confirm first unless you've set up an approval rule.
• Clearer fix-it guidance when the Mac companion app loses a permission: Pally and the dashboards will point you to the companion's one-click folder grants instead of Full Disk Access, which the app never actually needs.
