October 2026

New features, improvements, and fixes shipped to Pally in October 2026.

  1. October 14, 2026

    New features

    • Pally creates styled PDF documents, including illustrated pages and math, and 16:9 slide decks, and sends them in chat.
    • Pally makes GIFs and adds subtitles from the videos and media you saved with it.
    • When you connect an inbox, Pally searches its history for money you are owed, such as flight delay pay, refunds, and class-action settlements. If you ask, Pally also checks official unclaimed-property sites for money held in your name.
    • Pally's default routines, including its savings work, start for everyone. Routines set for a local hour wait until Pally knows your time zone.
    • Ask Pally to send a draft later, and it sends it at the time you chose.
    • Pally keeps one contact per person: it matches names to your saved contacts and merges duplicates on its own.

    Improvements

    • Results from background work and automations arrive at once, in one reply written with your whole conversation in view, and your follow-ups reach the right task.
    • In a group, you can restart and steer the Pally work you started there.
    • In group chats, Pally speaks only when a message is meant for it.
    • Long browser errands stay fast from step to step.
    • When another errand holds the browser, Pally waits for it or takes over once it ends, instead of retrying or stopping it.
    • A purchase never goes through while you are driving the browser yourself.
    • Pally reports how long browser work has really taken, and says when a saved page PDF cannot print parts such as maps.
    • Flight and other travel checkouts pay with whichever card is ready, your AgentCard or a card you saved with Pally.
    • Gmail automations see new mail within about five minutes.
    • Emails can carry links with text, the review shows the exact email with your signature, and Gmail reply drafts quote the original.
    • Pally gives you the real error from a connected app, confirms the LinkedIn invitations it handles, and says how much of Slack a search covered.
    • Pally says it is an AI assistant whenever someone asks, and introduces itself as your AI assistant the first time it messages or calls someone for you.
    • Pally tells you about setup changes its team makes for you, not routine changes from an update. The tax document organizer starts on its own only for US users.
    • Deleting a conversation also erases what Pally learned from it, and disconnecting a Mac erases what Pally learned from its messages.
    • Imports from another AI assistant bring your memory and profile before notes and skills.

    Bug fixes

    • Joining two of your accounts with a merge code now completes, and Pally tells you if a merge fails or which code is the valid one.
    • Photos and files reach you as links on SMS, and Pally's reminders and updates fit what SMS can carry.
    • Telegram replies, results, and reminders arrive after a dropped connection, and a send that never left is sent again.
    • You can post to your Telegram groups from your private chat again, Pally answers after it is added back to a group, and new groups get no scripted greeting.
    • Sign-in codes you text Pally reach the browser while it waits, and a code is no longer hidden after it is submitted.
    • Pally's own email address no longer includes your phone number, a free address you ask for is no longer called taken, and Gmail shows trashed and read mail as Pally says.
    • A reminder for an event or plan is cancelled when you cancel or delete that event or plan.
    • Morning briefs and routines start at their set time, and email rules finish their work.
    • "Stop" for a sender, thread, or topic stops every update about it, senders you watch reach you, and Pally watches for replies to emails you send.
    • Messages Pally sends for you go on the channel and account and to the people you named, and a WhatsApp send no longer reaches the wrong contact.
    • Approving one of two copies of a draft no longer sends it twice.
    • Edits to a Pally Page keep its design and content, and a page is published only when its images load.
    • Long videos and music Pally makes arrive even when they take more than ten minutes.
    • Apple Calendar events keep their time zone instead of showing GMT.
    • Pally reads many large files at once without dropping your conversation, and tells you when one file cannot be read.
    • Files from background work hold the data you asked for, not Pally's work notes.
    • Pally sends the real private links its work made, and can send them again.
    • A card prepared for a purchase that never went through is closed, Pally says there was no charge only once that is confirmed, and the link to save a card works again.
    • Asking about deleting your data no longer pauses Pally's updates unless you confirmed the deletion.
    • Pally suggests only the chat apps that work for you.
    • Code in Pally's messages keeps every character, full-page screenshots arrive readable, Apple Maps links open, and WhatsApp status updates stay out of your chats.
    • Deleted WhatsApp messages no longer show, and Pally tells you when your Mac cannot deliver an iMessage instead of trying again.
  2. October 13, 2026

    New features

    • Save a card with Pally, and Pally pays with it at checkout.
    • In group chats, Pally uses your own connected accounts and tools when you ask, if you use Pally yourself, and follows the permissions you gave it.
    • In Telegram groups with topics, Pally replies inside the topic where you tagged it.
    • Rules like "when Anne sends it, forward it to Erik" now work on whichever app the person uses, and no longer miss bare links or photos.
    • Take over the browser Pally is using whenever you ask.
    • Join two of your Pally accounts yourself: ask Pally for a merge code and send it from the other account.
    • Choose how long Pally's replies run, short, balanced, or detailed, in your own chat, in each group chat, and on my.pally.com.
    • People sorts everyone into family, friends, and work, and shows the names saved in your Mac's contacts, including for people you met on WhatsApp first.
    • Mark anything Pally is on as Done or Drop it, and Pally closes its own tasks when it sees they are done.
    • Pally pays with the card in your AgentCard wallet at Amazon and at store checkouts AgentCard supports. AgentCard replaces Stripe Link.

    Improvements

    • The connect sheet keeps its close button and Connect action in reach while it scrolls.
    • Pally finds nested Outlook folders and files messages into the folder you name.
    • Photo edits keep your photo's resolution, and corrections start again from your original photos, so faces stay sharper and true to life.
    • Mail that your mail app or your filters move from the inbox into a label reaches Pally within minutes.
    • Place searches for "near me" center on you, and a search for a business name and its city finds it.
    • Edits to a Google Doc's lists and headings land on the first try.
    • Automations that read a large Google Sheet read it in a few calls instead of row by row.
    • Pally stays warm when you are, without reminding you that it is an AI.
    • Pally replies faster: it shows typing sooner, needs fewer steps for everyday questions, and follows your choice to send or review messages.
    • With more than one Mac paired, Pally uses the Mac that has what each task needs, and terminal, folder, and photo settings are kept per Mac.
    • Home groups what is coming up, Routines groups routines by how often they run and shows when a schedule has ended.
    • Account explains each proactive nudge and shows one row per signed-in device.
    • Knows is one calm list of what Pally remembers, with duplicates merged and no spending totals.
    • my.pally.com loads faster: People opens in about half the time, and switching tabs feels instant.
    • Long website lookups bring back their results instead of running out of room.
    • Pally sorts and filters the people you follow by follower count, and pages through long social lists without losing entries.
    • Mac access requests name the Mac they need, and Mac status shows each capability's connection state.
    • Browser errands run faster: Pally no longer waits out fixed timers, and a site message during sign-in no longer makes it sign in again.

    Bug fixes

    • Joining two of your accounts finishes even when both are in the same group chat.
    • When Pally cannot read a checkout's card form, it says so instead of blaming the payment processor.
    • Pages of social search results no longer repeat the same people or posts.
    • Notion rows that Pally adds with page content save on the first try.
    • Connected accounts show their real account name instead of a guess.
    • An old Mac no longer picks up work after you set up a new one.
    • Pally opens and saves attachments from iCloud and other IMAP mailboxes.
    • Pally's typing dots show only when a text reply is coming, after any tapback, so they no longer flash and vanish.
    • A new bank connection finishes its first sync and sends your first money brief instead of failing quietly.
    • Order numbers, booking references, and tracking ids no longer go missing from Pally's messages.
    • Pally no longer says a long reply it sent "got cut off" and sends it again.
    • Disconnecting an app in a conversation no longer loses Pally's reply.
    • Pally no longer fails to answer when a step in its work returns an image.
    • A dropped mail connection or a Pally update no longer stalls replies.
    • Pally keeps answering in a group after the person who added it leaves the group.
    • Pally no longer asks again about something you already answered.
    • Reminders and snoozes go off at the time you meant, and reminders set before Pally knows your time zone are kept and go off once it asks.
    • Deleting an automation no longer stops another from reporting the same finding, and a report with a draft asks for approval once.
    • When a phone link fails, Pally explains the reason and the next step, without asking you to repeat a code that cannot work.
    • People no longer lists Pally or other AI assistants, and Pally's notes about people read naturally to you.
    • Checkouts that show a total without a currency code are no longer refused, and a dollar total from a store that charges in one currency no longer waits for extra approval.
    • A purchase you approved no longer stops at the final click over the store's standard agreement and asks you again.
    • A Pally phone number in the US or Canada no longer asks you for ID, and a retry message carries a working link.
  3. October 12, 2026

    New features

    • my.pally.com has a calmer new look with five places: Home, People, Knows, Routines, and Connections, with your account behind your avatar.
    • People is a searchable personal CRM: search everyone by name or anything Pally knows about them, and open a profile with open loops, coming dates, and how often you talk.
    • Connect your own Calendly to see and manage your meetings.
    • Automations can run when something happens in a connected app, such as a new Calendly booking or a Jira issue assigned to you.
    • Every Pally link you share shows a preview card of what it is, such as an event, a ticket, an invite, a file, or a Pally Page.
    • Your circles are now your trusted Pally network: connect your partner, close friends, and colleagues, each circle with its own permissions.
    • Ask Pally to check you in when check-in opens, and it checks you in then without asking again.

    Improvements

    • Pally's connection, sign-in, invite, file, event, ticket, referral, and flight pages, and flight confirmation emails, share the new pally.com look.
    • If your message waits 2 minutes without a reply, Pally picks it back up and answers, and during long work it may send you a quick update.
    • On a call, Pally keeps talking while it looks something up, and an answer you did not get to hear reaches you by text.
    • Updates Pally held for later arrive together in one message, and a rule you change while an update waits applies before it is sent.
    • An alert saved for a brief you no longer get reaches you in one text, and alerts older than a week expire quietly.
    • When you owe someone a reply, Pally drafts it from your mail, notes, and Drive, and you get one draft, not two.
    • Spending limits apply in their own currency to the exact checkout total, and checkouts that show only a £ or € price are no longer refused.
    • Knows shows what Pally knows about you, with nothing for you to confirm.
    • Website sign-ins with a one-time code follow one flow: Pally reads where each step led, gets a fresh code from the page, and uses a code you text it once.
    • Screenshots and the live view pause while a payment card is filled in on a checkout page.
    • Pally keeps no copy of an API key you paste into chat. It removes the key and suggests you rotate it.
    • Replies in long conversations start faster.

    Bug fixes

    • A text to Pally with an expired or wrong link code, or from a disconnected chat, now gets a reply that says why.
    • In group chats, Pally's follow-ups, briefs, and link reads use only what the group shares, never your private alerts, notes, or connected accounts.
    • Two separate checkouts on the same site keep their own approvals instead of one replacing the other.
    • A checkout staged before you connect your payment wallet runs once you connect it, instead of expiring.
    • Two Pallys in the same group chat no longer keep replying to each other.
    • Spending from business accounts no longer counts as personal spending.
    • The dashboard shows readable names, not internal ids or phone numbers.

    New features

    • In group chats Pally sees the photos, voice notes, documents, and videos members send.
    • Pally places your real photos into images without redrawing them, and posts photos and files into your group chats from your private chat.
    • In your first week Pally shows what it can do by doing it, and it offers help whenever that unlocks something for you.
    • An automation you set up in your private chat can post to your Pally group.
    • Pally finds the subscriptions you pay for and cancels the ones you no longer want.
    • Pally learns what you would hand off, shows what it can do for you, and starts on that work.
    • Ask Pally what changed in your automations, rules, and saved preferences. Pally tells you once when its team or a release changes your setup.
    • New skills for property records from the record that owns them, vetting outreach targets before a pitch, and video captions.

    Improvements

    • Emails Pally sends for you keep clean paragraphs on every device, with no "Sent with Pally" line.
    • Browser tasks use current page facts, keep sign-in progress, recover without stale errors or extra approval rules, and settle unclear submissions from the page.
    • Pally never repeats an update you have already seen, and quick messages on one thread bring one alert, not several.
    • Your email rules, sends, and calendar changes run reliably: no stalled approvals, missed emails, double messages, or rules that stop on their own.
    • Your rules check every chat message, even in busy group chats.
    • Your outgoing rules run on messages Pally sends from your WhatsApp, email, Mac, and Slack, and Pally's sends never count as your own replies.
    • When a provider limits requests, Pally holds only the limited part and resumes your work once the limit lifts, and offers to restart tasks your usage limit stopped.
    • Pally uploads many files to a Drive folder at once.
    • Background automations know what you already decided or declined, so they stop raising it.

    • When someone writes again after you answered them, Pally knows what you already said.
    • Say yes on a call to approve an action Pally held during that call.
    • Pally tracks parcels from your email and checks late deliveries for a refund you may be owed.
    • Pally offers every connected calendar account for a new event, and meeting prep and travel alerts read Outlook and Apple calendars too.
    • Ask Pally why an email was or was not handled, filed, or archived, and it answers from what each rule recorded.
    • Pally calls a fact checked only when it checked it, and stays on a listing's own site quote dated availability and the full booking total.
    • Pally tries each of a restaurant's booking platforms itself instead of sending you a booking link.
    • Flight offers say whether the fare includes a seat choice, and seat maps show each row's open seats so your party can sit together.
    • Check-in messages Pally sends on its own lead with check-in being open and the airline link.
    • Bookings and forms use the name, email, and phone in your profile, including the name on your ID.
    • Drafts you never approve expire after 7 days.
    • A message draft you ask for to copy and paste arrives as its own message, with nothing around it.
    • Pally sees files linked from your sheets, docs, and PDFs, so it finds work someone shared by link.
    • Ask Pally why an automation sent less than usual, and it answers from what each run reported instead of guessing.
    • When a site answers a sign-in code with its own message, Pally tells you what the site said.
    • A rule that posts updates from your sources into a group, set up from inside that group, saves again.
    • Chat replies are faster.

    Bug fixes

    • Website sign-ins wait for a code dialog or a slow next step instead of calling a correct password wrong.
    • After a delivery problem, Pally answers all your missed messages in one reply instead of several apologies.
    • Scanned forms show signatures, initials, and check marks instead of reading signed lines as blank.
