What if they ask something I didn't cover?
Pally handles routine questions from what you told it. If the answer needs your decision, it texts you, then continues with what you say.
Will I know what happened on the call?
Yes. Pally texts you the outcome: the confirmed details, the alternatives offered, or why the call didn't get there.
