Calorie tracker
Text what you ate, or just send the photo. Pally does the math and keeps the running count.
The routine
How it works
Every calorie app dies the same death: too many taps per meal. Texting is faster. Set a daily target once, then tell Pally what you ate or send a photo of the plate. It estimates, logs, and keeps the day's count.
- Text your target and Pally sets up the tracker: daily calories, plus anything else you want counted, like protein.
- Describe a meal or send a photo of the plate.
- Ask for the weekly picture any time, or have a recap arrive on a schedule: your average, days on target, and where the big days landed.

Common questions
How accurate are the estimates?
They're estimates from what you describe or photograph, not lab measurements. Correct any entry in one text. Logging every meal matters more than perfect precision on one.
Can I just send a photo?
Yes. Pally estimates what's on the plate and logs it. Add a note like 'huge portion' when the photo undersells it.
What does the weekly recap include?
Your daily average, days on target, and where the big days landed. Ask any time or get it on a schedule.
