Subscription audit

Pally reads your transactions, names everything you forgot you pay for, and cancels the ones you kill.

You: go through my accounts and find every subscription i'm paying for
Pally: 19 recurring charges, $312 a month. six look dead: a photo app with no activity since March, two trials that converted, a duplicate cloud storage plan, a gym billed twice in August, and a $12 newsletter.
You: kill the photo app, the newsletter and both trials. the gym double charge is wrong
Pally: canceling those four. for the gym i'll email them both charge dates and ask for the refund.
Pally: four canceled, $67 a month gone. the gym replied and the duplicate $89 is being refunded to your card within 5 days.

The routine

How it works

BBankGmail

Most people are paying for three things they forgot existed. Link your accounts once and Pally reads a year of transactions, lists every recurring charge with what it costs, and cancels the ones you point at.

  1. Ask once. Pally reads your linked bank transactions, finds every charge that repeats, and lists each one with its amount, cadence, and yearly cost.
  2. It flags what looks dormant: trials that converted, the same service on two cards, quiet price rises, and charges with no matching activity in your email.
  3. Point at what goes. Pally cancels on the provider's site with a login you saved, by email, or by phone for phone-only providers.
The full routine

Ask once. Pally reads your linked bank transactions, finds every charge that repeats, and lists each one with its amount, cadence, and yearly cost.

It flags what looks dormant: trials that converted, the same service on two cards, quiet price rises, and charges with no matching activity in your email.

Point at what goes. Pally cancels on the provider's site with a login you saved, by email, or by phone for phone-only providers. If a site needs a login Pally doesn't have, it sends one secure link to save it. Only an in-person step comes back to you.

Good for

  • Finding free trials that quietly converted to paid
  • Catching the same service billed on two cards
  • Seeing a year of quiet price rises in one list
  • Canceling several services without visiting six sites
  • Getting a duplicate charge refunded by email

Things to try

You: list every recurring charge on my accounts and what it costs a year
You: which of these have i not used?
You: cancel the two i never open and email them about the double charge
You: run this audit again every three months

Before you start

Common questions

How does Pally see my subscriptions?

Through the bank accounts you link, plus receipts and billing emails in your connected inbox. You choose what to link and can disconnect any time.

Can Pally cancel anything?

Anything with a real cancellation path on the web, by email, or by phone. Only an in-person step comes back to you.

What if a charge is wrong rather than unwanted?

Pally emails the merchant with the exact dates and amounts, follows up, and shows you every reply. The merchant decides on the refund.
