Receipt keeper
Receipts forward themselves, stack up neatly, and surface the moment you need one.
The routine
How it works
Receipts should file themselves. Tell Pally where they go and every new one is forwarded automatically. The backlog goes in one batch, and any receipt comes back when you need it.
- Give Pally the address that should get your receipts, and which inboxes to cover.
- If receipts have piled up, Pally finds the backlog and asks once before forwarding the batch.
- Need one later? Send a photo of the expense or name the merchant, and Pally sends back a link to the matching receipt.

Common questions
Can receipt keeper use more than one inbox?
Yes. Connect Gmail, Outlook, or both and say which ones the rule covers.
What happens to receipts already in my inbox?
Pally gathers the backlog and asks once before forwarding it. New receipts follow the rule from then on.
How do I find a receipt later?
Send a photo of the expense or describe the purchase. Pally returns a link to the receipt; if the link has expired, ask for a fresh one.
