Expense it
From crumpled receipt to filed expense: Pally finds the receipt and files the report.
The routine
How it works
Pally digs the receipt out of your email, then files the expense in Brex, or another expense tool you sign in to, through its browser.
- Tell Pally the expense as you remember it: merchant, occasion, roughly when.
- Pally opens Brex, fills in the expense with the receipt attached, and files it.
- If there are several possible receipts or none, Pally asks for another clue instead of attaching the wrong one.
The full routine
Tell Pally the expense as you remember it: merchant, occasion, roughly when. It finds the receipt in your Gmail.
Pally opens Brex, fills in the expense with the receipt attached, and files it. Say 'show me first' and it stops at the review step for your yes.
If there are several possible receipts or none, Pally asks for another clue instead of attaching the wrong one.

Common questions

Give it another clue, like the merchant, date, or kind of expense. Pally narrows the search before it files.
Does Pally submit as soon as I ask?
Yes, when you ask it to file. Say 'show me first' and it stops at the review step for your yes.
Does it work with tools other than Brex?
Yes, with other expense tools Pally can sign in to using the login you saved to its password vault.
