The friendly nag
Hand pally the thing you keep putting off. It won't forget, and it won't let you either.
A reminder app pings once and gives up. Pally keeps showing up, on the schedule you set and with the persistence you ask for, until you tell it the thing is done.
The routine
How it works
Text pally the stubborn task, how often you want to hear about it, and what finish line should stop the reminders. You can be as specific as every weekday after work or as simple as once a day. Pally checks what counts as done before the first nudge is scheduled.
The reminder then lives in your iMessage conversation, where it is harder to dismiss as a stray notification. Pally returns on the cadence you chose and keeps the original task in context, so each nudge is about the same open loop rather than a new reminder you have to manage.
Persistence is the point, but you stay in control of it. Reply that you made progress, need a different time, want to pause for a few days, or have changed the definition of done. Pally carries that instruction into the next nudge instead of blindly repeating itself.
When you say the agreed finish line has been reached, the nag stops. If the task was to book the dentist, booking it is enough; if you wanted follow-through until the visit happened, pally can keep going. The stopping rule comes from you, not from a one-time alert.

Common questions
How does pally know when to stop?+
You define done when you set up the reminder, and you tell pally when you reach it. If your first request is ambiguous, pally can ask whether the milestone is starting, booking, sending, or fully finishing the task.
Can I change the nag after it starts?+
Absolutely. Reply in iMessage with a new time, cadence, pause, or finish line, and pally updates the routine from there. You do not need to delete it and create another reminder.
Do I need a separate reminder app?+
No. The setup and the recurring nudges happen right in your texts with pally. You text the instruction naturally, then manage the routine by replying in that same thread.
