Paperwork pilot

Citations, tax appeals, renewals, opt-outs: Pally does the lookups and the forms, you do the signature.

You: i think i got a parking ticket last month but never saw it
Pally: checking the city's citation lookup with your plate.
Pally: one citation: $68, issued August 14, due the 26th. that's three days out, and it goes to $103 after. pay it or contest it?
You: pay it. and can you do anything about my property tax? it went up a lot
Pally: paid ✅ and yes: your county takes appeals until September 30. i'll pull your assessment, find comparable sales on your street, and fill in the appeal. it needs your signature at the end, so i'll send it ready to sign.

The routine

How it works

BBrowser

Government and admin paperwork is mostly lookups, fields, and deadlines. Pally does that part in its browser and hands back only the steps that need you: an ID, a signature, or showing up in person.

  1. Say what needs handling in plain words. Pally works out which agency owns it, which form applies, and when the deadline falls, then runs the lookups: citations by plate, an assessment, a renewal status.
  2. Pally fills the form with what it knows about you and the documents you've shared, and gathers evidence where it helps, like comparable sales for a tax appeal.
  3. Pally reminds you before the deadline, files when your part is done, and can repeat a job like a data-broker opt-out sweep on a schedule.
The full routine

Say what needs handling in plain words. Pally works out which agency owns it, which form applies, and when the deadline falls, then runs the lookups: citations by plate, an assessment, a renewal status.

Pally fills the form with what it knows about you and the documents you've shared, and gathers evidence where it helps, like comparable sales for a tax appeal. It sends you only the steps that need you, with the link or a ready-to-sign file.

Pally reminds you before the deadline, files when your part is done, and can repeat a job like a data-broker opt-out sweep on a schedule.

Good for

  • Finding a citation that never reached your mailbox
  • Appealing a property assessment before the window closes
  • Getting a passport or license renewal packet ready
  • Removing yourself from people-search and data-broker sites
  • Never missing the deadline on a form you started

Things to try

You: check if i have any unpaid tickets under my plate
You: start a property tax appeal, my assessment jumped 18%
You: get my passport renewal ready, mine expires in april
You: opt me out of the people-search sites and check again in six months

Before you start

Common questions

Which steps still need me?

ID checks, signatures, notaries, and in-person appointments. Pally does everything up to that point and tells you exactly what's left.

Where do the details on the form come from?

What you've told Pally and the documents you've shared, so you aren't asked for the same details twice. Correct anything in the thread before it files.

Are data-broker opt-outs permanent?

No. Brokers re-add people over time. Pally can repeat the sweep on a schedule and tell you which sites put you back.
