How it works

Send pally the product link and specify the exact version you want, such as the color, size, or model. Include anything that would make the order wrong if left to assumption. Pally can inspect the item and ask a focused question before moving into checkout.

Pally works through the retailer's checkout in its secure browser and gathers the order details for review. In the US, it can use a one-time virtual card for the approved purchase; it can also prepare the checkout so the final step remains with you.

Nothing is ordered from a vague yes. Pally shows you the exact item, variant, delivery information, and complete checkout for approval before the purchase leaves your world. If something changed or the requested option is unavailable, it comes back with that information rather than silently substituting.

After you approve, pally completes the agreed checkout and reports the confirmation in iMessage. Reply to ask about shipping, clarify what was ordered, or stop before approval if the result is not right. The handoff, decision, and outcome stay in one readable thread.

Will pally place an order before I approve it?+

No. A purchase is shown to you with the item and checkout details before it happens. You can approve, change a selection, or stop the task from the iMessage conversation.

What if the item or variant is unavailable?+

Pally reports that the requested option is not available instead of choosing a replacement without you. You can then ask it to check another variant, prepare a different link, or leave the purchase undone.

How does payment work?+

For supported US purchases, pally can pay with a one-time virtual card tied to the order you approved. It can also work through checkout and leave the final completion to you if that is what you prefer.
