Grocery run
Your usual order, built and paid for. One text and groceries show up tonight.
The routine
How it works
The weekly shop is the same forty minutes every week. Hand it to Pally: it builds your usual cart on Instacart and pays with your saved card or your payment wallet.
- Tell Pally the usual once, or start ordering and let it learn your staples, your store, and your swaps.
- Pally builds the cart on Instacart with a delivery window that works, adds anything you mentioned running out of, and tells you what it added.
- It pays with the card saved on your Instacart account first, or a card from your payment wallet under its approval settings.
The full routine
Tell Pally the usual once, or start ordering and let it learn your staples, your store, and your swaps.
Pally builds the cart on Instacart with a delivery window that works, adds anything you mentioned running out of, and tells you what it added.
It pays with the card saved on your Instacart account first, or a card from your payment wallet under its approval settings. If an item is out or a price jumped, Pally tells you.

Common questions
How does Pally know my usual order?
You tell it once, or it learns from the orders you place together. Mention that something ran out or that you're done with an item, and next week's cart follows.
How does payment work?
Pally uses the card saved on your Instacart account first, or a card from your payment wallet, which applies its own approval settings.
What about substitutions and price changes?
If something is unavailable or a price moved, Pally tells you what changed instead of quietly swapping. Ask to see the cart first and it waits for your yes.
