Follow-up chaser
You asked, they went quiet. Pally notices who owes you a reply and sends the nudge.
The routine
How it works
Half of getting things done is remembering who never answered. Pally checks your messages and email, names the people leaving you hanging, and nudges the ones you point at.
- Ask who hasn't replied, and add a window or topic if you like.
- You get a short list: who, what you're waiting for, and since when.
- Tell Pally who to nudge and it sends each one in the right tone, in the original thread.
The full routine
Ask who hasn't replied, and add a window or topic if you like. Pally checks Gmail and iMessage through the Pally Mac app for questions, requests, and proposals still waiting on someone.
You get a short list: who, what you're waiting for, and since when.
Tell Pally who to nudge and it sends each one in the right tone, in the original thread. Ask for drafts first and it shows you before anything goes.
Good for
- Finding personal plans that never got an answer
- Chasing a document promised over Gmail
- Following up on a proposal without searching sent mail
- Giving different relationships an appropriate tone
- Choosing which quiet threads should stay quiet

Common questions
How does Pally tell I'm waiting for a reply?
It looks for a question, request, or next step that the other person hasn't answered. Add a person, topic, or date range to narrow it.
Can each follow-up have a different tone?
Yes. Tell Pally how firm to be, or let it match each thread. You can change one without touching the others.
Does asking who's quiet send anything?
No. Asking only lists who owes you a reply. Pally sends a nudge when you tell it to, or shows a draft first if you ask.
