A schedule is a plan until the school calls. Ask Pally for the day and you get its shape; tell it to clear the afternoon and it moves things into slots that work for everyone, then tells you where it all went.

  2. When the day breaks, say it in one line: clear the afternoon, push everything after 2.
  3. New invites and cancellations go out, and Pally can call to rebook an appointment that lives outside any calendar.

Common questions

How does Pally know when other people are free?

It checks free/busy for the attendees of each meeting it moves. That shows only busy or free windows, never event details.

Do invites go out without me seeing them?

When you tell Pally to clear time, it moves things into slots that work and tells you where everything went. Ask to see the plan first and it waits.

What about appointments that aren't calendar invites?

Pally can call to rebook, then puts the new time on your calendar once it's confirmed.
