iMessage catch-up

Back from a flight, a meeting, or a day off your phone? Pally reads the pile-up and tells you what actually needs an answer.

Unread texts have a way of turning into forgotten promises. Ask pally to catch you up and it reads what came in, tells you who's actually waiting on you, and drafts the replies you say yes to.

The routine

How it works

When you come back to a wall of unread texts, ask pally for the catch-up you actually need. Add the time window or situation if it helps: since this morning, while I was flying, or during the meetings I just left. The request happens right in iMessage.

Pally reads the iMessage conversations in scope and sorts out what changed, who asked you a direct question, and which plan now has a concrete time or place. Casual back-and-forth stays in the background unless it affects something you need to know or do.

The catch-up arrives as a compact account of the pile, with the people waiting on you called out clearly. You can understand the family decision, the moved plan, and the unanswered invitation without opening every chat and reconstructing the sequence yourself.

Reply with the next move. Ask to see more context from one conversation, have pally draft a response, change the wording, or approve the final text. It can keep helping from the same thread, and it shows an outgoing message to you before it is sent.

Common questions

Does pally summarize every unread iMessage?+

The catch-up is designed to surface the parts that matter: decisions, changed plans, direct questions, and people waiting on you. You can ask for more detail from any conversation if the short version leaves out something you care about.

Can pally answer someone for me?+

It can draft a reply from the surrounding iMessage context and show it to you in the pally thread. The text goes out only after you approve the exact wording, so you can revise it or decide not to send.

Do I need to install another app for catch-ups?+

No. Pally itself lives in your texts, and this recipe uses iMessage. Ask for the catch-up and handle the follow-up by continuing the same conversation.
