Flight check-in
Check-in opens while you're busy living. Pally handles it and texts you your seat.
The routine
How it works
Check-in windows have a talent for opening mid-dinner. Hand it to Pally: it checks in on the airline's site at the right moment and texts you your boarding details.
- Ask Pally to check you in and name the flight, plus a seat preference if you have one.
- At that moment Pally checks in on the airline's site with your confirmation code, or the login you saved to its password vault.
- You get the seat and boarding details in a text.
The full routine
Ask Pally to check you in and name the flight, plus a seat preference if you have one. It confirms when check-in opens.
At that moment Pally checks in on the airline's site with your confirmation code, or the login you saved to its password vault. If the airline sends a one-time code, Pally reads it from your email or asks you once.
You get the seat and boarding details in a text. If your preferred seat was gone, it tells you what you got instead.
Good for
- Check-in windows that open during dinner or a meeting
- Checking in as soon as the airline allows
- Requesting an aisle or window when one is available
- Check-in with your confirmation code, no app to open
- Getting the confirmed seat back in a text

Common questions
When should I ask Pally to check me in?
Any time before check-in opens. Include enough to identify the flight, and Pally handles it when the window opens.
What if the airline asks me to sign in?
Pally uses your confirmation code first, then the login you saved to its password vault. If the airline sends a one-time code, Pally reads it from your email or asks you for it once.
Is my preferred seat guaranteed?
No. Pally picks from what the airline offers at check-in and tells you the seat you got.
